**Job Overview**

A Business Development Executive in Infrastructure identifies growth opportunities in the infrastructure sector, builds relationships with key stakeholders, and drives sales strategies. They analyze market trends, negotiate contracts, and ensure that projects align with organizational goals. Their role involves cross-functional coordination, ensuring infrastructure projects are delivered effectively.

**Job Description**:

- Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
- Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
- Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
- Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client’s specific business needs
- Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up
- Researching the market and identifying potential costumer.
- Reach out to customers and adopt various sales techniques to generate quality leads for the business
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the infrastructure sector.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt business strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and deliver presentations to clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and adjust tactics as necessary.
- Provide insights and feedback to improve product offerings and service delivery.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the infrastructure sector.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Can work under pressure.
