We are currently expanding our team and looking for dedicated Freelancers to join us on a commission basis. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about recruitment and HR management and are looking for a flexible and remote work arrangement.
- **Key Details**:_
- **Commission-Based Compensation**:_

Commissions will be paid based on the size of the projects that freelancers bring to the consultancy. You will have the right to audit the accounts of the business that you generate.
- **The more significant the project, the higher the commission earned**_.
- **Flexibility**:_

Freelancers have the flexibility to work on their own schedule, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

This opportunity is suitable for individuals who prefer flexible working hours and the ability to work from home.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage with potential clients in need of recruitment and HR management services.
- Act as a liaison between the consultancy and clients, understanding their workforce requirements.
- Work closely with the consultancy's team to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- **Requirements**:_
- Proven experience in recruitment or HR management business is a plus but not essential. We will provide proper training and product and service knowledge.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: QAR1.00 - QAR2.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
