**Role Overview**

The HVAC Maintenance Technician is responsible for the inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to ensure optimal functionality, energy efficiency, and occupant comfort.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on HVAC systems and related equipment (AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, split units, exhaust fans, etc.).
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues in HVAC systems.
- Conduct routine inspections, filter replacements, coil cleaning, lubrication, and refrigerant charging.
- Identify and repair refrigerant leaks, replace defective components, and calibrate controls.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service records, and equipment performance reports.
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new HVAC equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and service requests promptly.
- Coordinate with other maintenance technicians and contractors as required.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Diploma / Technical Certificate in HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechanical, or equivalent.
- Proven work experience (5-10 years) as an HVAC maintenance technician.
- Knowledge of HVAC electrical and mechanical systems, refrigerants, and controls.
- Ability to read technical manuals, drawings, and schematics.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit and able to work in confined spaces or at heights.
- Valid HVAC technician license/certification (if required by local regulations).

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
