**About Us**:
We are a dynamic company managing multiple restaurant brands. We are seeking an experienced and motivated **Assistant Operation Manager** to join our team and help oversee operations across four of our brands.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing daily operations of assigned brands.
- Support the Operation Manager in ensuring operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to suggest improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and resource allocation.
- Train and supervise staff to enhance productivity.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with restaurant management software.
- A valid driver’s license is a plus.
