About the role

We are looking for a Zoho Implementation Specialist who has functional understanding of ZOHO in its entirety, including Zoho CRM Plus, Workplace, Finance Plus, IT management etc and efficient in implementation, getting customizations done and administration work related to Zoho and its related apps i.e. - Recruit, CRM, Zoho mail etc.

**Zoho Implementation Specialist Responsibilities**
- Assist, train and create guidelines for the users to understand the complexities of the product.
- Work closely with the clients and understand their needs and requirements.
- Be ready to travel to different onsite locations for work if needed.

**Zoho Implementation Specialist Requirements**
- Proven experience of at least 2-5 years on the same field
- Advanced experience (must have) in the customization of Zoho modules including CRM Plus, Projects, Campaigns, Desk, SalesIQ, Analytics, Social, Forms.
- Experience in software development using Zoho Creator (Deluge)
- Experience with Zoho Flow (API Tool)
