**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing Reservations: This includes taking reservations, confirming bookings, and managing waitlists.
- Seating Guests: Hostesses guide guests to their tables, ensuring an efficient and organized seating process.
- Providing Menus and Information: They may provide menus, explain specials, and answer questions about the restaurant and its offerings.
- Coordinating with Staff: Hostesses communicate with servers, bartenders, and other staff to ensure smooth service and efficient table turnover.
- Maintaining a Welcoming Atmosphere: Creating a positive and inviting environment is a core part of the role.
- Handling Customer Inquiries and Complaints: They address guest concerns and ensure a satisfactory experience.
- Managing the Waiting Area: This may involve managing wait times, providing updates, and ensuring a comfortable experience for guests waiting for tables.
- Maintaining Cleanliness and Organization: They may assist with clearing tables, maintaining the host stand area, and ensuring the dining area is tidy.

Qualifications:

- Must have at least 2 years related working experience
- Must have a valid QID and transferable visa
- Can speak english and arabic
