We are looking for PRO/Driver to fulfil the following tasks:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Transportation Services: Safely transport to and from various locations.

2. Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition. Perform regular checks and report any issues.

3. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, friendly, and professional at all times. Provide assistance if needed.

4. Route Planning: Plan and follow the most efficient routes to minimize travel time

5. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, ensuring the safety of passengers at all times.

6. Communication: Maintain effective communication with office and management regarding their needs and any issues that may arise.

7. Document Delivery: Handle the collection and delivery of important documents, permits, and packages to various government offices and clients.

8. Follow-Up: Monitor the status of submitted documents and follow up with relevant authorities to ensure timely processing.

9. Problem Solving: Address any issues that may arise during the delivery process to the management to ensure a smooth communication and avoid any misunderstanding.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a driver, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of the local area and traffic regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

License/Certification:

- Driving license (preferred)
