What We’re Looking For
You’re someone who:
- Already has reception or front desk experience in a clinic, spa, salon, hotel, or busy customer service environment.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, with strong scheduling, follow-up, and record-keeping skills.
- Understands basic sales principles—how to upsell services, retain clients, and create a professional client journey.
- Knows how to manage appointments across multiple calendars and reduce double-booking or no-shows.
- Can analyze inefficiencies and suggest structured improvements to client communications and admin workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume reception desk with professionalism and speed.
- Oversee WhatsApp Business inbox: use templates, schedule replies, automate messaging.
- Run structured appointment scheduling via Veterinary CRM (training provided) and Outlook.
- Track client satisfaction, repeat visits, and implement loyalty or feedback systems.
- Coordinate with medical, grooming, and retail teams to maintain service flow.

- Power Automate, SharePoint, or CRM experience.
- Veterinary or medical front desk experience (not required, but helpful).
