- Assist in the development and implementation of security policies, protocols, and procedures.
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the security team.
- Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV), alarms, and other security equipment.
- Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies; assist in investigations and prepare detailed reports.
- Provide training and guidance to security officers on safety procedures and conflict resolution.
- Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Assist in managing access control systems and visitor management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain records of incidents, investigations, and security reports.
- Evaluate the performance of security staff and provide feedback or disciplinary actions as needed.
- Support in risk assessment and mitigation planning.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience (3+ years) in security or law enforcement, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and emergency procedures.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
