Marketing Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Digital Marketing Strategy**: Develop, implement, and optimize digital campaigns to drive leads, engagement, and brand awareness.
- **SEO & SEM**: Manage SEO/SEM strategies to ensure high ranking and visibility across search engines.
- **Social Media Management**: Lead content creation, community engagement, and growth strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- **Content Marketing**: Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling content (blogs, videos, infographics) aligned with brand objectives.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor and analyze performance metrics across platforms. Prepare detailed monthly reports and strategic insights.
- **Budget Management**: Allocate and manage the marketing budget efficiently to maximize ROI.
- **Digital Advertising**: Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital ad platforms.
- **Website Management**: Oversee website performance, user experience, updates, and content optimization.
- **Online Brand Management**: Maintain a consistent and strong online presence that aligns with the company’s brand identity.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to inform campaigns and strategies.
- **PR & Communication**: Coordinate press releases, media relations, and public-facing communications.
- **CRM**: Manage CRM tools to track leads, automate communication flows, and improve client engagement.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Familiarity with real estate CRM systems (e.g., Property Finder, Salesforce, or similar).
- Experience with local and regional real estate markets in the [GCC / MENA] region.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design aesthetics.
Pay: From QAR7,000.00 per month
