**Job Title: Estimation Engineer | Alutechnal Trading & Aluminum Contracting**

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:

- Review project plans, specifications, and other project documentation to determine the scope and requirements of the project.
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for project materials, labor, and equipment, using software and tools.
- Identify risks and opportunities associated with the project and provide recommendations to minimize costs and improve efficiency.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information and ensure accurate cost estimates.
- Formulate a full complied BOQ of all required items.

**what you will do?**
- Produce Detailed BOQ from Tender Drawings
- Calculate Cost of Material, Labour Charges and Equipment Charges
- **Cost Estimation**:Prepare detailed cost estimates for aluminum manufacturing and fabrication projects, considering materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs. Review project specifications, blueprints, and technical documents to understand project scope and requirements. Analyze production processes and identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies.
- **Bid Preparation**: Develop and submit competitive bids and proposals to clients, ensuring compliance with project specifications and deadlines. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential cost variables that may impact project budgets. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to prepare tender documents and pricing schedules.
- **Supplier and Vendor Management**: Source and evaluate suppliers for raw aluminum materials and components. Obtain and negotiate competitive quotes and pricing from vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
- **Project Coordination**:Work closely with project managers, production teams, and quality control to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines. Assist in project planning and scheduling to optimize resource allocation and minimize waste. Monitor project progress and adjust estimates as necessary to reflect changes in project scope or costs.
- **Technical Expertise**: Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and advancements in aluminum manufacturing and fabrication techniques. Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and clients, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Analyze and resolve estimation and cost-related issues promptly.
- **Reporting and Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of estimates, proposals, and project costs for future reference and analysis. Generate regular reports on project status, cost variances, and budget compliance. Present estimation findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.

**what you will need?**
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ Years in the Field of Aluminum and Glazing.
- Well Knowledge of Various Aluminum Systems and Glass.
- Experience in Orgadata or Similar Software.
