Supervise daily operations of the split AC workshop, including diagnostics, repairs, and testing.
- Allocate tasks to technicians and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct quality checks on repaired units before release.
- Troubleshoot complex AC issues and provide technical guidance to junior staff.
- Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and refrigerants with technician.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with customer service and field teams for unit intake and delivery.
- Prepare daily reports on workshop activities, job status, and technician performance.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Diploma or certification in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical components, and gas charging procedures.
- Ability to read technical diagrams and service manuals.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with workshop management software is a plus.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
