**Key Responsibilities**:
Performance Management:
Oversee daily operations of 150 riders/drivers, tracking key metrics like Order Per Day, acceptance rate, and active hours.

Compliance Monitoring:
Ensure timely monitoring and renewal of critical documents such as Iyarra, Istimara, QID, and health certificates. Maintain organized documentation for compliance purposes.

Escalation Handling:
Driver/Rider Engagement:
Follow up with off-shift drivers to ensure their availability and readiness.

Communication with Drivers/Riders:
Coordinate day-offs, overtime, and shift extensions based on announcements. Arrange and dispatch drivers for events or projects as required.

Administrative Support:
Conflict Resolution:
Address and resolve concerns related to salaries, shift timings, vehicle issues, and operational matters to foster a positive work environment.

Clearance Process:
Initiate and oversee the clearance process for departing drivers/riders, ensuring return of company property.

Driver Training:
Conduct onboarding training for new riders/drivers to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge. Maintain accurate training records and driver details.

Documentation Management:
Collect and submit documents for ID creation of new joiners. Securely organize legal documents in cloud storage and chronological physical archives.

Refresher Training:
Deliver training for riders/drivers flagged for quality complaints or procedural lapses, enhancing service standards.

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
