The Role
**Requirements**:

- Bachelors Degree in Hospitality or Diploma - Fluency in Russian is a must; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. - Previous experience in a hostess or front-of-house role in a fine dining or luxury restaurant is preferred. - Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Professional appearance and grooming in line with the high standards of the restaurant. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Russian and English (additional languages are an advantage). - A positive, friendly attitude with a passion for providing an outstanding guest experience. - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate guest needs.
