**Job Description** Join AECOM's 2026 Graduate Program**

Are you a driven and curious graduate eager to build a career in civil engineering? AECOM is excited to offer a unique opportunity to join our **Civil Infrastructure team in Qatar** as a **Graduate Civil Engineer** as part of our Graduate Program.

This role offers exposure to a broad range of infrastructure projects - from design and supervision of roads and utilities to bridges and urban development, giving you a well-rounded foundation in the civil engineering field.

**Role Overview**: As a Graduate Civil Engineer at AECOM, you’ll support the planning, design, and delivery of critical infrastructure projects across Qatar. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to key technical tools and multidisciplinary collaboration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the design of civil infrastructure components including roads, utilities, and site development layouts.
- Support senior engineers with the preparation of design documentation, reports, and project deliverables.
- Contribute to drawing production and design models using platforms such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant tools.
- Engage in cross-functional coordination and attend team meetings to understand project workflows.
- Develop technical skills while enhancing your ability to communicate findings and progress clearly.

**Qualifications** Minimum Requirements**
- ** Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering**from an accredited University
- Successful applicants must have achieved a **minimum GPA of 3.3 or 2:1** (or equivalent) and above.
- If you hold a Master’s degree, it must have **started within 12 months**of finishing your Bachelor’s to meet the program’s continuous education requirement.
