**Company Overview**:
ALGO Systems Qatar is a leading systems integrator with over 12 years of experience in the GCC market, specializing in **Traffic Signal Systems, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), and Smart City Projects**. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced **Quantity Surveyor Engineer** to join our team **immediately** in Doha.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare **quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQs** for ITS, Traffic Signal, and Smart Infrastructure projects.
- Review project drawings, technical specifications, and tender documents to ensure accurate costing.
- Manage **cost control, budgeting, and progress claims** throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate **subcontractor quotations, variations, and change orders.**:

- Prepare **monthly valuations, invoices, and cost reports** for management and client review.
- Support project managers in **procurement, contract administration, and commercial documentation.**:

- Coordinate closely with the engineering and estimation teams to ensure cost efficiency and compliance with project requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum **3 years** of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in **construction, electrical, or ITS-related projects.**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree in **Civil / Electrical / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management** or related field.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in **MS Excel, AutoCAD, and Quantity Surveying software (e.g., CostX, Candy, or similar).**:

- **NOC**: Must be available to transfer sponsorship.
- **Language**: English proficiency required.
- **Availability**: Must be able to **join immediately.
