**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.
- Mix and match paint colors to meet project specifications.
- Inspect completed work for any imperfections or flaws, and make touch-ups or corrections as needed.
- Maintain spray painting equipment, ensuring it is in proper working condition.
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe working environment.
- Ensure that paint and coatings are applied according to manufacturer instructions and project requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including properly storing paint and materials.
- Assist with other surface preparation tasks as required, such as masking, taping, and covering areas not to be painted.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Follow all relevant safety guidelines, including ventilation and fire safety precautions.
- Perform other duties as required.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education**: High School Diploma or equivalent. Training in spray painting or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in spray painting, preferably in industrial, commercial, or automotive settings.
- Proven experience with spray painting equipment and techniques.
- Knowledge of different types of paints, coatings, and finishes.
- Attention to detail and strong quality control skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a variety of environments, including indoor and outdoor locations.
- Valid driver’s license may be required for some positions.

Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR1,600.00 per month
