Dr. Scent, a leading scent solution company, is seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Sales and Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This role combines the responsibilities of sales coordination, talent acquisition, and administrative support, contributing to the smooth functioning and growth of our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate sales activities, including lead generation, proposal preparation, and order processing.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Provide administrative support, including calendar management, documentation, and communication.
- Support the team in maintaining and updating documentation, policies, and procedures.
- Assist with preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Actively source and attract top talent through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in talent acquisition, sales coordination, and administrative support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Customer-focused mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
