We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced **Female Housekeeping Supervisor** to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the facility. The role involves supervising housekeeping staff, inspecting rooms and common areas, and ensuring excellent service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Inspect guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure they meet cleanliness and quality standards.
- Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver excellent service.
- Assign duties and prepare daily/weekly work schedules.
- Monitor and maintain housekeeping supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of staff performance, attendance, and cleaning checklists.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a housekeeping supervisor or similar role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Good knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to train and supervise a multicultural housekeeping team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
