This position is responsible to ensure all Teaching Personnel in the Academy will reach the required business targets set by the Management. He/she is also responsible to entice discipline and harmonious cooperation with all teaching personnel in the Academy. This role is an important position that will work closely with Management in ensuring development of business strategies to grow and enhance both onsite online operations.
- **Bachelor’s Degree in Arts (or Education) from a recognised university or institute or equivalent field.**:
- With at least 5 - 7 years relevant experience in this position, minimum of 4 years in team handling
- **Familiarity with business & cost management and facilities management principles ** Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in English (Both oral and written) and with pleasing personality
- **Experienced working in a multi-cultural environment; Self-motivated and able to work under own autonomy or as part of a team.**:
- He/ she should be involved in training Instructors, providing inputs on how to develop each.
- Department and related ad hoc responsibilities that may arise in the daily operations.
- Should showcase team management, Problem-solving and team building skills.
