**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the first point of contact for ERP and HRMS-related queries and issues.
- Provide day-to-day functional support and troubleshooting assistance to end users.
- Analyze and resolve system errors, data discrepancies, and access issues.
- Configure user roles, permissions, and security settings in ERP and HRMS platforms.
- Coordinate with internal developers to resolve complex incidents.
- Monitor system health, performance, and uptime; escalate issues as needed.
- Support implementation of new modules, upgrades, and patches.
- Assist with training sessions and create user documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Conduct periodic backups, audits, reconciliations, and data validations to maintain system accuracy.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Finance field.
- 2+ years of experience in ERP support or administration
- Good understanding of ERP workflows in HR, Payroll, Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Inventory.
- Working knowledge of Oracle, MS SQL for querying and basic data analysis.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple issues efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
