The Public Relations Officer will be carrying out daily field and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of work inside and outside the organization.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Delivering and receiving documents and correspondence between departments or between the company and external parties.
- Following up on requests and transactions with government agencies such as municipalities, immigration offices, or labor offices.
- Delivering parcels or shipments to clients or suppliers.
- Facilitating procedures related to public services, such as ordering office supplies or maintenance services.
- Assisting employees in preparing equipment or documents related to their work.
- Monitoring office needs for materials and work supplies.
- Coordinating with shipping and logistics companies when needed.
- Monitoring the validity of official documents and renewing them when necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma
- Arabic and English speaking
- Microsoft office knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Valid driving license
