**Responsibilities**:
**1. Nail Services**:

- Product removal via E-filing experience is preferable.
- Execute a wide range of nail art techniques, including intricate designs, hand-painted art, and embellishments, tailored to clients' preferences.

**2. Customer Engagement**:

- Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' preferences, nail health, and desired outcomes, ensuring personalized and satisfying experiences.
- Educate clients about nail care routines, products, and maintenance to promote healthy nails between appointments.

**3. Sanitation and Hygiene**:

- Follow strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe nail station and tools.
- Sterilize and disinfect all tools, equipment, and work areas according to industry standards and best practices.

**4. Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate effectively with other team members, such as hairstylists, makeup artists, and estheticians, to provide a holistic salon experience.
- Offer guidance and mentorship to junior technicians, sharing your expertise and assisting in their skill development.

**5. Retail Sales**:

- Recommend and promote nail care products, treatments, and packages to clients based on their needs and preferences.
- Upsell retail products to enhance the salon's revenue and provide clients with the tools for proper nail care at home.

**6. Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including treatment history and product recommendations.
- Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling efficiently using the salon's software system.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 years of professional experience as a Nail Technician, with a strong portfolio showcasing various nail artistry styles and techniques.
- **Certification**: Valid formal cosmetology/nail technician license is required.
- **Skill Set**: Proficiency in manicure and pedicure techniques, nail shaping, cuticle care, and nail artistry. Knowledge of gel/builder gel/rubber gel nail extensions & polish is a MUST.
- **Creativity**: Ability to create intricate and aesthetically pleasing nail designs that cater to different client preferences.
- **Customer Service**: Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to ensure clients' comfort and satisfaction.
- **Hygiene**: Thorough understanding of sanitation and sterilization practices to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment.
- **Team Player**: Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse salon professionals.
- **Sales**: Become the Trusted Advisor with a consultative approach to recommend and upsell the right services to meet the client’s requirements.
- **Time Management**: Efficient scheduling and time management abilities to accommodate appointments and deliver exceptional services.
- **Communication**: Clear communication skills to effectively consult with clients and provide guidance on nail care routines.

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR5,500.00 per month
