**About the Role**:
As a Swimming Pool Technician Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our swimming pools. You will lead a team of pool staff, overseeing daily operations and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and water quality. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a dedication to providing exceptional service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership & Supervision**: Supervise, mentor, and coordinate the activities of the pool maintenance team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently, on time, and to our exacting standards. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- **Pool Maintenance Excellence**: Perform regular inspections of swimming pools, meticulously checking for cleanliness, water quality, and the proper functioning of all equipment. Proactively identify and address potential issues.
- **Hands-on Maintenance**: Perform hands-on technical work as needed, including pool cleaning, repairs, and system installations. Lead by example and provide practical guidance to the team.
- **Water Chemistry Management**: Maintain optimal water chemistry (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, etc.) by testing and adjusting chemical levels, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Equipment Management**: Oversee the cleaning, maintenance, and repair of pool areas, including pool decks, filters, pumps, and other essential equipment. Ensure all equipment is in excellent working order.
- **Troubleshooting & Problem Solving**: Diagnose and resolve any issues related to pool equipment, water quality, or maintenance systems promptly and effectively.
- **Inventory Management**: Ensure that all necessary chemicals, tools, and equipment are readily available for pool maintenance. Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
- **Training & Safety**: Provide training and guidance to team members on maintenance best practices, safety procedures, and the proper use of equipment. Enforce all health and safety standards to maintain a safe swimming environment.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records and reports, documenting all activities and observations.
- **Scheduling & Resource Allocation**: Prepare efficient schedules for maintenance tasks, optimizing the use of resources and minimizing downtime.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Swimming Pool Technician or Supervisor, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of pool maintenance, repairs, and systems.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise, motivate, and train a team.
- Strong hands-on technical abilities, including pool cleaning, repairs, and system installations.
- In-depth knowledge of pool water chemistry, filtration systems, and safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
