**Job Title**: PCS7 Engineer with Cyber Security Experience

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **PCS7 System Design & Configuration**: Implement and configure Siemens PCS7 systems (V9.0 and above), including APL, PC, and IL libraries.
- **WinCC & TIA Portal Expertise**: Customize WinCC objects and utilize TIA Portal (V16+) for automation projects.
- **Automation Protocols**: Work with various industrial communication protocols such as **Profibus, Profinet, Modbus (RTU & TCP/IP), OPC, HART**, and more.
- **Cybersecurity Implementation**: Design and implement cybersecurity measures for Industrial Control Systems (ICS), including whitelisting, system hardening, and patch management.
- **Network Security & Firewalls**: Manage network security tools, including firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Siemens, etc.), intrusion detection systems, and SIEM solutions (Splunk, McAfee, Q-Radar).
- **Factory & Site Testing**: Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), ensuring system functionality and security compliance.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Create and maintain essential project documentation, such as **Functional Design Specifications (FDS)**, system architecture, **O&M manuals**, and cybersecurity configurations.
- **Customer Interaction**: Provide training to clients, manage customer requirements, and deliver tailored solutions.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead a team of junior engineers, providing guidance and technical support as needed.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- **Extensive PCS7 Experience**: Hands-on experience with **PCS7 V9.0+** and familiarity with **APLs, PCs, and IL libraries**.
- **Cyber Security Expertise**: Strong understanding of cybersecurity in IT/OT environments, including system hardening, patch management, endpoint security, and antivirus configuration.
- **PLC and Automation Systems**: Proficient in Siemens PLCs (**S7-400, S7-300, S7-1200, S7-1500**) and automation systems.
- **Networking Protocols**: In-depth knowledge of **Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, OPC, and HART** communication protocols.
- **Experience with SIEM & Security Tools**: Familiarity with security management tools like **McAfee, Splunk, Q-Radar**, and experience managing **firewalls** and network security.
- **Troubleshooting & Problem Solving**: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a track record of resolving complex technical issues.
- **Customer-Focused**: Excellent communication skills with a history of handling customer requirements and providing technical solutions.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Proven ability to create comprehensive system documentation, including **FDS**, **FAT/SAT procedures**, and network diagrams.
- **Leadership**: Capable of managing and mentoring junior engineers, ensuring timely project delivery.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s Degree** in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or related field).
- **Cyber Security Expertise**: Strong understanding of cybersecurity in IT/OT environments, including system hardening, patch management, endpoint security, and antivirus configuration.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Experience in key verticals such as **Water/Wastewater**, **Power Management**, **PLC-based substation control**, and **Metals & Mining**.
- **Cybersecurity Certifications**: Relevant certifications in cybersecurity or network security are a plus.
