Admission Counselor

**Job Description - Admission CounselorPosition Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage inquiries and follow up with leads to ensure timely conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM or admissions database.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
- Represent the institution at educational fairs, exhibitions, and outreach events when required.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets as assigned by management.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive student experience at all stages.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Prior experience in admissions, student counseling, or sales will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English required; additional languages a plus).
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/admissions software.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
