Design, develop, maintain and troubleshoot website
- Ensure a safe and efficient user experience
- Implement security protocols, modifying programs, creating backups, resolving software problems, updating content
- Monitor the full platform (sales channel) in term of daily upload/update of digital assets (photos, articles, videos, graphic layouts)
- Add/update price tags against the products
- Respond to all incoming inquiries through the web and all other related elements to this sales channel
- Maintains the Instagram page
- Monitor the digital assets to be used from the platform on the Instagram account
- Manage communication and inquiries through the Instagram account
- Manage and maintain website, considering functionality, appearance, content, and performance
- Must always be accessible in case problems occurs
- Insure smooth-running of a business
- Manages the infrastructure of site content (such as templates, style sheets, processes)
- Track, compile, and analyze web site usage data
- Develop or implement procedures for ongoing web site revision
- Set up or maintain monitoring tools on web servers or web sites
- Test backup or recovery plans regularly and resolve any problems
- Document installation or configuration procedures to allow maintenance
- Recommend web site improvements and develop budgets to support recommendations
- Implement updates, upgrades, and patches in a timely manner to limit loss of service
- Identify, standardize, and communicate levels of access and security
- Provide training or technical assistance in web site implementation or use
- Perform user testing or usage analyses to determine web sites' effectiveness or usability
- Evaluate or recommend server hardware or software
- Correct testing-identified problems or recommend actions for their resolution
- Gather, analyze, or document user feedback to locate or resolve sources of problems
- Determine sources of web page or server problems and take action to correct such problems.
- Review or update web page content or links in a timely manner, using appropriate tools.
- Implement web site security measures, such as firewalls or message encryption
- Monitor systems for intrusions or denial of service attacks, and report security breaches to appropriate personnel
- Provides office and administrative support
- Monitor web developments through continuing education, reading, or participation in professional conferences, workshops, or groups
- Collaborate with web developers to create and operate web sites, or to manage projects, such as e-marketing campaigns
- Provide support for all types of tasks as advised by management
- Create, maintain and update project trackers
- Works closely with the content director
- Collaborate with management to discuss, analyze, or resolve usability issues
- Extend support and work closely with marketing team
- Update department head on web issues
- Work closely with Department Manager
- Reports any risks to management
- Greet and direct visitors
- Work with deadlines to complete assigned tasks
- Practice professionalism in communication with both internal and external customers

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
