**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes, including curries, biryanis, kottu, dosas, hoppers, and tandoori specialties.
- Develop and standardize recipes while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
- Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, portioning, and plating.
- Monitor inventory and order ingredients to ensure freshness and quality.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff in traditional cooking methods and hygiene standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
- Innovate and introduce new menu items while preserving authentic flavors.
- Collaborate with restaurant management to enhance menu offerings and guest satisfaction.
- **Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **S**outh Indian Chef* in a restaurant setting.
- Deep knowledge of spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques unique to South Indian cuisine.
- Ability to handle tandoor cooking, dosa-making, and other traditional preparation methods.
