_**Key Responsibilities**:_

**Technical (80%)**
- Develop and customize Oracle HRMS/Payroll modules using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow (WF), and Oracle APIs.
- Design and implement technical solutions for payroll calculations, interfaces, and reports.
- Create and manage **outbound/inbound integrations** with third-party systems (e.g., time attendance, finance, mobile apps).
- Develop and support **Oracle Alerts, BI Publisher reports**, and **Fast Formulas**.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and system bugs.
- Conduct unit testing and support SIT/UAT activities.

**Functional (20%)**
- Collaborate with HR and Payroll stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
- Assist in solution design to ensure technical implementation aligns with business objectives.
- Support functional testing and provide production support for payroll cycles and HR processes.
- Provide end-user training and support documentation where required.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Preferred Certifications**:Oracle EBS R12 HRMS or Payroll Certification (preferred but not mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- **8+ years of experience** with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), specifically in HRMS and Payroll modules.
- Proven hands-on expertise in **Oracle PL/SQL**, **Oracle Forms/Reports**, **Oracle Workflow**, and **BI Publisher**.
- Solid understanding of **Oracle HRMS/Payroll functional flows**, including payroll processing, absence management, and employee self-service.
- Experience with **Fast Formulas**, **Payroll APIs**, and custom payroll interfaces.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills to engage with business and technical stakeholders.
- Prior experience working in an **offshore remote setup** is a plus.

**Work Hours & Availability**:

- Full-time commitment aligned to [Qatar Time Zone GMT+3]
- Must ensure availability during business-critical payroll cycles and deployment windows.

**Duration: 6- months (extendable if required)**

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the same field

Joining: Immediate availability

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR12,000.00 - QAR13,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Oracle Techno Functional Consultant : 5 years (preferred)
- Oracle HRMS and Payroll Modules: 5 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- QID (preferred)
