We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Store Manager to lead our luxury perfumes and fragrances boutique. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, driving sales performance, and delivering exceptional customer service experiences. Your leadership and passion for luxury products will be instrumental in creating a welcoming and luxurious environment for our discerning clientele.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Retail Operations Management**:
Lead day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a high level of operational excellence and efficiency.
**Sales Performance**:
Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet or exceed performance goals.
Implement effective sales strategies, promotions, and events to drive traffic and maximize sales opportunities.
**Customer Experience**:
Cultivate a customer-centric culture by providing personalized and attentive service to every customer, fostering long-term relationships and loyalty.
Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
**Team Leadership and Development**:
Recruit, train, and coach sales associates to deliver exceptional service and product knowledge, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify development opportunities to support team growth and career advancement.
**Visual Merchandising and Brand Presentation**:
Oversee the visual merchandising and presentation of the store, ensuring that displays are visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized to drive sales.
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and ambiance to create an inviting and luxurious shopping environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
- Proven experience (X years) in retail management, preferably in the luxury perfumes and fragrances industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a passion for building relationships and exceeding customer expectations.
- Proficiency in retail operations, including inventory management, POS systems, and sales reporting.
