**Project Description**:
“Bechtel has recently been awarded The New Murabba Project Infrastructure” which will be built around the concept of sustainability, featuring green areas and walking and cycling paths that will enhance the quality of life by promoting healthy, active lifestyles and community activities. It will also feature an iconic museum, a technology and design university, a multipurpose immersive theater, and more than 80 entertainment and culture venues.

The project will be situated at the intersection of King Salman and King Khalid roads to the Northwest of Riyadh.

The New Murabba project will offer a unique living, working and entertainment experience within a 15-minute walking radius and will have its own internal transport system. It will be approximately 20-minutes' drive from the airport.

Stakeholder Specialist’s position will be responsible for activities within the Engineering discipline for the New Murabba project. Working with a multi-disciplinary team including Bechtel and delivery team of the client’s design consultants and subsequent contractors in accordance with the requirements of the client for building the project infrastructure. Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of technical standards including the development of concepts when required. Responsible for working with the stake holder lead/manager on technical matters pertaining to the design and construction of the associated infrastructure.

Working location will be a single status assignment at Bechtel/project office.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Coordinates the interfaces for all engineering, procurement, and construction interfaces (external & internal) associated with the design and construction of the project infrastructure.
- Work for the integration of project goals and objectives for the Project and ensure that the project/program is executed in accordance with client Engineering Department Procedures.
- Ensures scope, design basis and objectives are defined, best practices/lessons learned reviewed, detailed work plans, schedules, budgets and procedures are established, including Execution Plan; Contract Management Plan; Change Management Plan; Plan for addressing critical cross-functional work processes and systems, etc. Obtains concurrence by the members of the project team, functional management and the Customer.
- Support/Identifies quality requirements and ensures the proper processes are identified and implemented to achieve contractual quality commitments.
- Promotes and monitors the concept of total installed cost.
- Initiates and continually practices team building.
- Champions the creation of a work environment, supported by leadership, which fosters openness, trust, communication, teamwork, empowerment, innovation, and satisfaction on the project or program.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Recognized Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering from accredited university.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in projects
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical projects managing interfaces within one or more major infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of all phases of engineering, construction and field activities for an infrastructure project.
- Knowledge of Best Practices/Lessons Learned, Risk Analysis/Contingency Evaluation and estimate/Proposal Review Process
- Knowledge of construction technologies, constructability, and jobsite management.
- Broad knowledge of environmental compliance laws and requirements.
- Knowledge and understanding of industry standard tools, standards, techniques and procedures including engineering project design experience and contracts and procurement experience.
