**1- Job Summary**

**2- Key Responsibilities**

**2.1. Recruitment Process Management**:

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with company objectives.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future staffing needs.

**2.3. Interviewing and Assessment**:

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Assist in designing and updating assessment tools, including tests, questionnaires, and interview guides.

**2.4. Employer Branding**:

- Promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent.

**2.5. Data and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source of hire, and applicant demographics

**2.6. Compliance**:

- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and company policies.

**3- Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and trends.
- Familiarity with HR databases and employment law.

**4- Skills and Competencies**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

**5- Preferred Qualifications**
- Certifications in recruitment (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter,...) are a plus.
- Experience in the Trading & Contracting sector is preferred.

**Experience**:

- Recruitment: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Driving License in Qatar (required)
- Resident Permit (QID) in Qatar (required)
