Position: Sales Executive

**Business Development**:
Identify and target potential clients in the recruitment and staffing industry.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.

**Client Management**:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Understand client needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

**Sales & Negotiation**:
Conduct sales presentations and pitch recruitment services to potential clients.

Negotiate terms and close deals with clients.

Prepare proposals, contracts, and service agreements.

**Market Research & Strategy**:
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.

Analyze market data to identify new opportunities for business growth.

Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing initiatives.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:
Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in the **recruitment or staffing industry**.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

**Skills**:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
