Develop and implement an integrated innovation and creativity system. The role involves building frameworks, policies, procedures, tools, and metrics to enhance innovation governance and align innovation initiatives with strategic goals. The manager will oversee the creation of solutions for performance assessment, developing programs that foster idea generation, and creating strategies for managing and implementing innovative projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage a comprehensive innovation governance system, aligning with ISO 56002:2024 standards.
- Build and implement policies, procedures, and structures that drive innovation efforts across the organization.
- Foster an environment conducive to creativity, ensuring strategic alignment between innovation efforts and the company’s goals.
- Lead the development of innovative products or services that address market needs and organizational challenges.
- Monitor innovation performance and create assessment tools to measure progress and success.
- Design and implement performance programs to optimize innovative outputs and resolve creative challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage innovation projects from ideation to execution, ensuring optimal resource allocation and project delivery.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on the effectiveness and progress of innovation initiatives.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Engineering, or Innovation Management.
- Relevant certifications in innovation management, such as ISO 56002 or similar, are preferred.
- PMP certification or equivalent in project management is a strong asset.

**Experience**:

- 15+ years of experience in innovation management, product development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing and leading innovation initiatives within a complex organization.
- Experience with designing and executing innovation governance systems.
