**DRAWLINES ENGINEERING CONSULT**is looking for **Architectural BIM Modeler**in **Doha-Qatar**

**URGENT HIRING **

The Draftsman will be responsible for supporting architectural design and construction documentation by creating, updating, and maintaining detailed drawings and BIM models.

This role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, adherence to technical standards, and ensuring the integrity and quality of design documentation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the creation, revision, and maintenance of BIM models throughout project lifecycles.
- Generate detailed architectural drawings, plans, sections, and elevations based on preliminary sketches, engineering calculations, specifications, and site data.
- Produce construction documentation, shop drawings, and deliverables for fabrication and construction purposes.
- Ensure models and drawings comply with applicable codes, by-laws, space, and site requirements.
- Develop BIM models with accurate parameters and attributes for quantification and 4D simulation.
- Coordinate and integrate structural, electrical, mechanical, and other design disciplines into architectural plans.
- Identify and report design discrepancies or clashes to BIM Coordinators or senior team members.
- Prepare and maintain records of design changes, site modifications, and approved revisions; compile as-built drawings in collaboration with relevant disciplines.
- Supervise and coordinate work of junior draftspersons, technicians, and technologists, ensuring quality and compliance with design specifications.
- Represent the architect on construction sites, providing guidance on design interpretation and compliance with specifications.
- Perform site measurements and assemble data required for completing design work.
- Collaborate with document control teams to ensure accurate submissions and backups of drawings and models.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
