**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Design and Management**:

- Lead the design and implementation of mechanical systems for projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Manage the overall execution of mechanical engineering projects from concept to completion.

**Technical Leadership**:

- Provide technical expertise in the development and implementation of mechanical systems, HVAC, and plumbing designs.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in the department.

**Client Interaction**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, present design proposals, and address technical queries.
- Act as the main point of contact for mechanical engineering aspects of projects.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of mechanical designs.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high-quality standards.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including architects, electrical engineers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems within projects.

**Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure all mechanical designs adhere to local and international codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Significant experience (8+ years) in mechanical engineering with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems design.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license is highly desirable.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Requirements**:

- Eligibility to work in Qatar.
- Membership in a relevant professional engineering association.

License/Certification:

- UPDA (required)
