**job description of the Inventory Cleark**
Execute inventory transfers in SAP: Transfer inventory for various concepts and products using the SAP system, and invoices.
2. Conduct daily analysis: Analyze outbound inventory against SAP transfers daily to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
3. Monitor stock expiry and allocation: Monitor the expiry dates of stock-on-hand (SOH) and allocate products using the First Expired, First Out (FEFO) method. Inform the procurement team about near-expiry items.
4. Coordinate with the purchase team: Work with the purchase team to resolve the pending Goods Receipt Purchase Orders (GRPO) and any related issues.
5. Verify inventory movements: Verify daily inbound and outbound inventory movements to maintain accurate records.
6. Conduct physical inspections: Perform regular physical inspections of warehouse stock to identify missing cases, damaged items, loose cases, and expired products.
7. Assist with the sales return process: Support our Trading division in the sales return process for the warehouse.
8. Provide support during peak periods: Offer support to the distribution & purchase team during peak periods and be willing to multitask as required to ensure smooth operations.
9. Communicate and coordinate with warehouse staff, Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), and the operations team to address distribution and stock-related concerns

Pay: Up to QAR2,200.00 per month
