**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Boat Captain on jet engine survey boats.
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating jet engine survey boats
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Qatar maritime map and waters
- Manage the vessel crew and oversee daily operations on board.
- Plan routes and monitor weather conditions to ensure safe passage.
- Record and report all voyages, incidents, and maintenance logs as required.
- Coordinate with shore-based teams for cargo handling, passenger transport, or logístical operations.

**Requirements**:

- Valid **Commercial captain License**:

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with **proven expertise in navigating Qatar waters**.
- Proficient in **VHF radio communication** and standard maritime signals.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
