**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with instructors and students to ensure smooth operation of classes and workshops.
- Maintain and organize digital files, databases, and records using Google Sheets and Notion.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about courses and services.
- **Training Coordination**:

- Assist in developing and implementing training programs for staff and instructors.
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and meetings.
- Track and report on training progress and outcomes.
- Ensure that all training materials are up to date and accessible.
- **Project Management**:

- Oversee the planning and execution of special projects and events.
- Monitor timelines and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- **Communication**:

- Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with students, instructors, and partners.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Notion.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in an educational or arts and crafts environment is a plus.
