**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise the barista team, ensuring consistent quality in all coffee and beverage preparations.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, equipment, and latte art.
- Develop and update beverage recipes in collaboration with management.
- Train, mentor, and support junior baristas to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of the bar area and equipment.
- Manage stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and minimize wastage.
- Provide outstanding customer service and uphold The House Restaurant’s standards.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Barista, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in specialty coffee preparation and latte art.
- Knowledge of coffee trends, beans, and brewing equipment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for coffee and customer service.
