**Job Title**: Business Development Manager - Printing, Packaging & Corporate Gifts

**Reporting to**: VP Sales

**Work Location**: Birkat Al Awaner

**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Probationary Period**: 3 months

**Compensation & Benefits**
- **Base Salary**: 5000 QAR monthly salary
- **Allowances / Benefits**:

- Accommodation : 1200 QAR
- Mobile Allowance : Company sim
- Transportation : Your own car + Fuel Monthly = 500 QAR
- **Sales Target**: Individual : 25,000 QAR monthly for first 3 months
- **Sales Incentives**: 5% per of Gross Profit individual monthly Sales
- **Other Benefits**: As per the company policy and in compliance with Qatari regulation
- **From 1st month onwards Sales is expected 25,000 QAR no excuse and no grace period. Full 25,000 QAR Sales Target must be achieved from 1st month itself.**

**No Sales Achieved (Individual )**

If no sales are achieved each month, only the following will be provided as a support allowance:

- Fuel Allowance: 500 QAR
- Phone Allowance: company sim
- Base Salary + Accommodation : 1500 QAR
- Further details regarding medical insurance, and other benefits will be provided at the time of final contract signing._

New Client Acquisitions I New Leads I Business Inquires
- Develop and implement a robust sales strategy for the printing, packaging, and corporate gifts division to achieve company revenue targets and market growth.
- Identify, develop, and manage key accounts while driving new business acquisition.
- Build, train, and lead a high-performing sales team, ensuring sales targets and KPIs are met.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.
- Liaise with the production, design, and logistics teams to ensure on-time and high-quality project delivery.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company’s products and services.
- Maintain exceptional relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal company policies and relevant Qatari regulations.
- Carry out any other tasks assigned by the management relevant to your role.

**Working Hours**

Your standard working hours will be from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm, 6 days per week. Reporting daily to the office during official working hours is mandatory. Remote working is not permitted unless specifically authorized in writing by management.

**Equipment**
- You will be required to use your own personal laptop for work purposes, as this allows you to manage business meetings and presentations more efficiently. No company laptop will be provided. You can is Computer provided in our Office.

**Food / Meals**

You are required to carry your own food during office hours, as the company does not provide meal facilities on-site.

**Startup Environment**
