**Responsibilities**:
- To manage the team of Reception/Customer Service, to keep them in the right track and motivated
- To follow and ensure everyone stick to the company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- To address any Customer issues and provide timely solutions and to ensure clients are satisfied
- To ensure quality customer service at the highest standards
- To arrange shifts for Reception team
- To deal with membership sales and maintain merchandise stocks
- To update working files at Reception
- To carry out administrative tasks
- To maintain and ensure accuracy in all transactions
- To ensure the facility is maintained at highest standards
- To update HR/Procurement about requirements of merchandise orders
- Reports any general issues to General Manager
**Experience**:
- 1-2 years of experience in similar role
**Skill requirements**:
- Strong Administrative skills and Technical knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to work in flexible shifts
- Always keep professional standards
**Other requirements**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to QAR4,500.00 per month
