**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for **software solutions, IT services, and digital marketing solutions**.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with **corporate clients, SMEs, and key decision-makers**.
- Conduct **client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations** to promote IT solutions.
- Develop and implement effective **sales strategies** to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Manage the **end-to-end sales process**, from lead generation and negotiation to closing deals.
- Stay updated on **market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies** in the IT and digital marketing industry.
- Coordinate with the **technical and marketing teams** to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a **sales pipeline** and prepare reports on sales performance and forecasts.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 8 years of experience** in sales, specifically in **Software & IT Sales**.
- Strong understanding of **IT services, digital marketing concepts, and enterprise software solutions**.
- **Valid Qatar driving license** is required.
- Proven track record of **achieving and exceeding sales targets**.
- Experience in **B2B sales, corporate sales, and solution-based selling**.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate **leads, follow up on prospects, and close high-value deals**.
- Strong networking skills with the ability to **build long-term client relationships**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in selling **ERP, CRM, cloud solutions, or cybersecurity services**.
- Knowledge of **SEO, PPC, and social media marketing** is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
