**Job Summary**:
Seeking a proactive **Performance Appraisal Coordinator** to support performance monitoring initiatives. The role involves coordinating project tasks, tracking progress, assisting with data collection, and ensuring effective communication within the team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative and office management support to the Manager of Performance Evaluation.
- Coordinate departmental activities and ensure the timely completion of daily tasks and reporting.
- Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and develop departmental dashboards.
- Prepare performance evaluation reports, satisfaction surveys, and related documents.
- Support policy and procedure implementation, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Assist with accreditation documentation, budget tracking, and leadership reporting.
- Maintain ERP system data accuracy and user manuals.
- Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and maintain documentation.
- Collaborate on translations between Arabic and English as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality and data integrity.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience post-qualification.
- At least 2 year of experience with Oracle ERP PMS within the healthcare sector.
- At least 2 year of experience handling performance appraisal processes (goal setting, feedback, evaluations).
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
**Skills Requirements**:
- Strong verbal and written English communication (Arabic is an advantage).
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Proven experience in administrative coordination and performance evaluation.
- High-level analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle systems.
- Strong focus on compliance, communication, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality output.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholder groups.
