Estimation Engineer- Fitout/exhibition/joinery

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior fitout, exhibition, and joinery projects.
- Review plans, drawings, and documents for precise estimation.
- Collaborate with design, procurement, and project management teams to evaluate project specs and costs.
- Identify material costs, labor rates, and subcontractor quotes.
- Use AutoCAD for design assessment and material quantity calculations.
- Provide cost breakdowns and value engineering options to optimize costs.
- Maintain detailed records of estimates and pricing data.
- Stay updated on industry trends and material costs.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Support the tendering process and bid submissions.
- Communicate with clients and suppliers to gather project cost information.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in project estimation (interior fitout, exhibition, joinery) in Qatar.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and interpreting project drawings.
- Strong knowledge of interior fitout pricing and market trends.
- Excellent English proficiency (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local suppliers and industry practices in Qatar.
- Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy in estimation.
- Familiarity with industry-standard estimation software is an advantage.
