We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Immigration Operations Manager to join our consultancy firm specializing in immigration services. As the Immigration Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing our immigration processes to ensure exceptional service delivery to our clients. In addition to managing operations, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets for our immigration services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise a team of immigration consultants, providing guidance and support in client interactions and case management.
- Develop and implement efficient immigration policies, procedures, and workflows to streamline operations and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Drive sales of immigration services by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and preparing persuasive proposals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the organization.
- Monitor the status of immigration cases and proactively address any issues or delays that may arise during the process.
- Collaborate with legal experts to stay abreast of changes in immigration laws and policies and update internal processes accordingly.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff to enhance their knowledge of immigration procedures and best practices.
- Prepare reports and analyze key performance indicators to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of immigration operations and sales efforts.
- Handle escalated client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, International Relations, or Law.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in immigration consulting or related roles, with a strong understanding of immigration laws and procedures.
- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity, with demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex immigration scenarios effectively.
- Proficiency in immigration case management systems and software tools.
