**Key Performance Indicators**:

- Custodian of All the common assets/equipment’s of the group and ensure optimum utilization for operational purpose.
- Responsible for managing asset management files and records and maintain track of all the equipment of the company.
- Knowledge in asset tagging affixed to equipment that serves to identify the asset type and category for tracking, inventory, and accountability purposes
- Ensure Asset tags are matching with those maintained in the books of accounts.
- Formulate and implement a process for purchase, movement and disposal of fixed asset.
- Responsible to track the physical movement of the Assets & Equipment’s of the company and monitor the expenditure on fixed asset in comparison to the budgets.
- Ensure that no new fixed assets are purchased only after verification of physical existence through reviewing all the purchase orders for purchase of new asset based on the existing stock.
- Responsible to periodically verify the physical existence of Fixed Assets as per books of accounts.
- Responsible for engaging and managing third-party vendors when acquiring new assets.
