The Estimator will be responsible for preparing and managing detailed **cost estimates**for **interior design and fit-out projects.**

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost estimation, with at least 2 years in the interior design and fit-out sector.
- Extensive knowledge of cost estimating processes and practices for fit-out and construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, finishes, and installation processes, particularly in the interior design and fit-out industry.
- Proficiency in estimation software and tools (e.g., CostX, Buildertrend, or similar).
- Excellent mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in estimating and reporting.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with designers, project managers, and suppliers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Professional certification (e.g., RICS, AACE, or other relevant estimating certifications).
- Knowledge of sustainability and eco-friendly practices in fit-out projects.

Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
