**Job Purpose**:
The Supply Coordinator (Event-Based) is responsible for managing the procurement, distribution, and logistics of materials and equipment needed for events. This role ensures that all necessary supplies are sourced, tracked, and delivered on time to support seamless event execution. The coordinator works closely with vendors and event teams to maintain efficient supply chains that align with Futad’s event goals and operational standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, source, and procure materials, equipment, and supplies needed for events.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing of supplies, adhering to event requirements and budgets.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services for events.
- Evaluate vendor performance and maintain strong relationships to ensure quality and reliability.
- Oversee the transportation and distribution of supplies to event sites, ensuring timely delivery and setup.
- Implement logistics strategies to ensure the efficient movement of supplies during pre-event, event, and post-event phases.
- Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and supplies for events, ensuring real-time inventory tracking.
- Conduct regular stock checks to prevent shortages or overstocking, ensuring optimal inventory levels.
- Manage on-site distribution of supplies during events, ensuring that all materials are in place and accessible when needed.
- Address any last-minute supply issues promptly to ensure smooth event operations.
- Ensure that all supply chain activities comply with safety standards and organizational policies.
- Oversee the return, storage, and reconciliation of unused materials and equipment after events.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in supply coordination, logistics management, or procurement, preferably in an event-based environment.
- Proven track record of working with vendors and managing logistics for events or similar fast-paced settings.
- Ability to manage multiple supply chain tasks simultaneously, ensuring efficient sourcing, tracking, and delivery of materials.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with vendors, event teams, and logistics partners.
- Quick decision-making to address supply issues, resolve discrepancies, and manage last-minute changes effectively.
- Familiarity with software and tools used for tracking inventory, managing orders, and maintaining accurate records.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate tracking of supplies and adherence to event requirements.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet event deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or Event Management.
- A master's degree in a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong experience in negotiating with and managing suppliers, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness.
