Job Title: Data Manager (Construction Projects)

Employment Type: Full-Time

**Job Overview**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain project data dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, and Primavera P6.
- Implement data analytics strategies to support project planning, forecasting, and executive decision-making.
- Analyze complex datasets to generate actionable insights for construction project delivery teams.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, planners, and stakeholders to ensure accurate data flow and integrated reporting.
- Support digital transformation initiatives using Microsoft Power Apps (where applicable).

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction project environments.**:

- Strong proficiency in **Excel, Power BI, and Primavera P6**.
- In-depth understanding of PMI standards and EVM methodology.
- Experience with Power Apps is an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
